DY-STC road marking machine is a small driving type two-component road marking machine, used for highway and urban area road line marking. This two component paint road marking machine has good applicability for the cold spray paint, which can be applied to high viscosity and high solid content and mixed quartz sand or glass bead or other aggregate paint. This kind of thick road line coating, has good abrasion resistance and long service life.
1. Imported oil pressurized continuously variable speed transmission with automatic brake device. The back wheels are equipped with a differential speed gearing to ensure it to drive freely around the curve and change directions timely.
2. The welded making shoe is made of special steel sheet that is impact-resistant and anti-oxidation.
3. Paint tank is made of stainless steel or cold-rolled anti-oxidation materials.
4. Pressurized glass beads bin with windows is observable and the pressure, flow rate and spray width of glass beads spraying guns can be freely adjusted to ensure the spraying glass beads firmer, evener and more economical.
5. Equipped highlight warning light marks the night marking operation more convenient. The warning lights can freely adjust its flicker frequency, greatly improving the marking operations' safety.
6. The core control unit of this system is a PLC (programmable logic controller) which brings the micro-electronic intelligent control into effect to make its performance more stable and structure more compacted.
7. A firm welded, four-wheel chassis structure, the hydraulic steering can freely control directions, and the stable brake system makes the driving much safer.
8. The extractable guide rod can change directions freely to up, down, left or right.
